  • If you look at his movement, you can see that he kind of flares out his elbows when he starts to lift the weight. Is that because he uses his shoUlders, his grip is too wide, or is that perfectly normal? I've seen people using the ezbar or also the straight bar but with a narrower grip. I am also flaring out, but I am not sure if I should follow a stricter form. New to this exercise.
