@chirichan2 Developers nowadays don't see the Wii as a console capable of making awesome graphics games, but Nintendo never cares about graphics, the game is what is important, examples are the Zelda games, Wind Waker and Skyward Sword had cartoon-styled graphics, though, they were awesome games :)

Me neither, but for a different reason. I do play Brawl much more than Melee now(Melee = Playable Master Hand + Mewtwo, so still some play), but Melee's menu theme is the ONLY song I have turned on at both the menu and on Battlefield!

I don't understand why your comment is rated -6 because you are right. Nintendo often uses the same themes but they are "remixed". In the same game you can have very similar themes but if you have never tryed to play them you don't really notice it. "cool cool moutain" and "bob omb field" in mario 64 are alvery similar too.

I don't think Nintendo Deliberately ripped it off though, i think the composer just thought of the tune in the deep recesses of his mind and thought "Thats a cool toon" and forgot that it had already been used
