  • Ur awsome Adam! Keep on stickin it to the man,we got ur back!!!!

  • well... you idiot, you asked for it.

"we're not gonna create any disturbance"

    You DID.

  • You asked for it. Good job. You got famous and made yourself look like an idiot.

  • You conspiracy nuts are a trip...and it's just a coincidence that you also favor legalizing drugs lol.

  • this fucker needs his head busted open with a night stick

  • @ibtl1 I'm curious...do a lot of you actually think this, or is it just trolling, most of the time?

  • Kokesh should have been shot. The guy's a Russian agent, and he wore the US Marine Corp. uniform while protesting the war. That is disgraceful. Don't get Me wrong. I'm against the war and all for protesting it. When someone is dishonourable, they make the rest of us look bad by association.

  • @DarthVil No, he should not have been shot.

The single biggest problem with Americans at this point, is that you've been trained to believe that there always needs to be an exception to the law, based on who an individual is; to the point where in the end, there is no consistent law at all.

If the charge is disturbing the peace, an individual needs to be arrested and charged for that offense in the same way, with zero consideration given to who they are. Justice is blind, and has to be.

  • @DarthVil There needs to be an end to politicians or anyone else, always making an appeal to exceptional circumstances. The idea that someone does not qualify for due process, because they are a "terrorist," (particularly given that that term is applied completely arbitrarily; it now has no fixed definition) or whatever else.

If the law is not the same for everyone, then there will be no law at all.

  • And as far as Jefferson is concerned, it's even more disgraceful that Adam is appropriating his image to advance his socialist extremism. Jefferson would have a few choice words for somebody like Adam.

  • @Yildun28 As far as I'm concerned, Adam's political background here is irrelevant. If he's broken the law, he should be arrested and charged in a measured, humane, and civil manner. If he hasn't, he should not be. A person's religion, politics, ethnicity, or sexual orientation should have nothing to do with their legal treatment whatsoever.

The guy may or may not be a troll; that also isn't the point. He still needs to be treated fairly.

  • As a freedom loving gun toting American... I think Adam is a disgrace to anyone who claims to give a **** about the Constitution or the rule of law. I hope he gets charged with disorderly conduct and felony resisting arrest. He doesn't give a crap about his country, all he cares about is himself.

  • @Yildun28 If he had actually been given named charges, and hadn't been bodyslammed and put in a chokehold, I might have been able to agree with you. If someone is disturbing the peace, let them be charged for it. If the police use excessive force, however, let them be charged for that as well. The law needs to apply on both sides.

  • @petrus4 Fair enough, I've certainly raged at youtube videos where I saw excessive use of force. However, I'm not sure there is excessive force in a situation where the officer slowly escalates but the suspect refuses to cooperate regardless.

The law does not require an officer to state a charge. At the point when he says "you're under arrest" all resistance, passive or active, must cease. Any further discussion/argument should be done in court. Lawyers need a chance to stick the man too.

  • @Yildun28 Not that I have plans to ever get arrested myself, but if I did, I would want a Miranda reading *at the site* of the arrest, personally. If it isn't the law for me to be given one, then I think the law should probably change.

I don't consider putting a resistant subject on the ground excessive force, but I do consider the chokehold to be. The body slam was as well; Adam may not have ceased the arm movement, but he was unarmed, and very clearly no threat to the officer.

  • @Yildun28 I am truthfully also inclined to agree that Adam has an agenda, which involves attempting to deliberately antagonise police in a plausibly deniable way, which also incriminates the police when they predictably respond aggressively. Charlie Veitch does the same thing.

If he tries to bait police, then let him be dealt with accordingly; but police do themselves no favours whatsoever, when they allow him to anger them into responding brutally. That is exactly what he wants.

  • @Yildun28 If I was an officer and saw legitimate reason to arrest Adam, I would be extremely cautious to do everything by the book, and would do my best to remain calm. There would be no brutality, and he would be informed both of the charge, and his rights at the scene of the arrest. That way, apart from anything else, he would have no legitimate complaint as to my treatment of him, if he was in violation of the law.

  • @Yildun28 Felony resisting arrest is excessive. The only resistance I saw, was refusal to cease making hand movements, which were not a physical threat to the officer. Cops IMHO should *not* have a blanket right to say jump, and you say how high. Disorderly, sure; but that is a misdemeanor, and it doesn't justify the treatment he received. As I said, the cops gave him exactly what he was looking for.

  • fucking scumbag

  • @Obamaluke Good, I'm not looking for the endorsement of a cunning linguist

  • AND Kokesh finds his home on Russia Today TV (RT) , funded by communist Moscow, who aired his show, “Adam Vs. The Man,” in which he was joined by pro-Marxist agitator Medea Benjamin co-founder of Code Pink to disrupt Memorial Day weekend activities. That's how Adam celebrates Memorial Day. What a crock of shit. "Dancing" to defend 10th amendment rights. Pussy. You want to stop government from putting you in chains of servitude? Start by rebuking groups who try to speed government along.

  • Your "dance protest" is comparable to the antics of an infant playing "throw the bottle off my highchair so I can watch mommy retrieve it over and over again'. The infant thinks she's fooled mommy into doing her bidding, but mommy knows her child is doing the behavior to gain attention, its an extinction burst that will go away without any change in behavior from mom. Why don't you tell people that you're a Marxist sympathizer, a disillusioned combat Vet who aligns himself with Medea Benjamine

  • we dance at jeffrsun memreeal... tee hee hee... we so smaht, we so kool, we so dope, we is makin a diffrense. don be makin fun dat code pink! dey is just dancin wit us. we dance wit raceisst too. we dance wit pedafile, we dance wit mooslums dat cut dey heads off, we dance wit uselfs, don make no diffrnce. dey eneme, is we eneme foo!!! us noes dat goberment was makin bad rooles. Dey see we dance, dey change dat roole. yoo see, dey fall down dey sooo scared at us. yoo see.

  • @bluesingincat This is clear evidence that one should not drink alcohol and post on youtube. Really brother you need to calm down. If I would have known that my response to you was going to bunch and twist ur undies I would have never started a debate. I think we're on the same side here with different approaches. So relax and take a deep breathe before replying. Better yet if you really want to have a rational discussion then send me a personal message. It's all good in the end.

  • Thomas Jefferson hated native americans and african americans js.

  • Adam, I hate to be the one person that does not bow down to your martyrdom, but what you did was stupid. Just look at what you are saying man, "Hey guys, its illegal to dance here now, so we are going to come here and dance, but we have earbuds, take that police state lolololol!" You are no more of a hero for being arrested for dancing than is a guy who knowingly parked in a handicap spot to get a ticket for parking in a handicap spot.

  • The hilarious part is that when they take this law away and the KKK decides to hold a public "dance party" everyone will freak out and say it shouldn't be aloud.

When I go to those places i don't want to be pissed off by annoying people. Cops over reacted, the guys were dicks and practically resisted arrest. Who the hell grabs a friends arm when they are getting arrested (show respect to the police). The only reason that guy got choked is cuz he's a big dude that took 2 officers to flip over

  • Point is being thrown to the floor for dancing by a thug in a uniform, is the kind of thing that makes America look really bad. Personally I'd like to see the cop sacked and then filmed being thrown repeatedly to the floor to see how he likes it.

As for the "get on a plane and leave " jerks commenting elsewhere, have you any idea how stupid you sound? Jefferson would be ashamed of you. Do the world a favour and don't breed.

  • @andythehead No, the point is they could have protested on the sidewalk outside of the memorial to get their point across. But no, they had to show how the big bad cops rough people up. Well, it backfired because those police officers were very courteous and professional at the beginning trying to explain what was going to happen if they didn't stop. So did they stop after repeated requests? No - so in my opinion they got what they deserved and should have gotten more. Fucking idiots. . .

  • What a fucking idiot. I hope the slam his ass again and this time he lands on his head. I weep for the future if this, if organized events like this, is how you think things are changed. During the reconstruction era and during the civil rights movements peaceable assembly was promoted. Not the organization of an event by a jack off looking for publicity. And by the way, your little "event" IS going to disturb the peace of those that want to go to the memorial for what it's for. You preach abou

  • Blow the fucking roof of the memorial and dance your asses off for your rights and freedoms! America is closing in on itself.

  • SHEEPLE crawl to master...beg master to be nice... PEOPLE stand proud...say fuck you to bad laws and Police State... BURN THE FEMA CAMPS NOW!!! And toss truck loads of FEMA coffins onto the flames as fuel!!! Do it now before the saturday dance party starts a real revolution and many people get put in the camps!!!

  • It seems that everybody is taking this video about the dancing when its more just the fact he is trying to put the message out there that they do make stupid laws. Letting them take away the small freedoms is the first step to them taking away more freedoms. They will work their way up taking more and more until you have no freedoms left. What a great place this will be when we cannot be free.

  • @froobcakes

its starting to become more and more rapid the new terrist will now be the us, anyone of from any country who does not comform to their law.

  • Celebrations and dancing should be allowed at this memorial in particular, to exemplify freedom of expression.

  • Disorderly conduct was your second crime, being a gaping asshole was your first.

  • Why don't you try working to change the law instead of inciting your sheeple to do your bidding? I watched what happened in the video when you pulled this high school level crap. What I saw was a bunch of asses being disrespectful to fellow human beings. What I saw was the disappointment in the face of the poor woman in a wheelchair being led away because you took her right away to peacefully visit a national memorial. What about her rights? Selfish ass. . .

  • @indycurt1 Good point. Her rights to have her children freed from a Totalitarian State run future. She should thank Kokesh that her children and grandchildren will be free to Dance Dance the night away and all she lost was a chance to sit in front of the memorial for a few more minutes until moving onto the next statue/memorial. I would say she probably is in debt to Kokesh, he went to jail to help her children and grandchildren and all of the USA.

  • @deceiver123m Such drama. He didn't go to jail for her, he went to jail because he broke the law. He went to jail to further his own beliefs. So stop with the ridiculous dramatic statements as if he is the next Jesus Christ. And I'm absolutely serious when I say this. . .if you don't fucking like it here, get your sorry asses on a plane and go live somewhere else where you don't have to put up with this "horrible" country. Your screen name is perfect.

  • Better to stay and make changes...than to run. Grow a spine.

  • @indycurt1 which law did he break?

  • @indycurt1 They are trying to change the law by peacefully demonstrating. Jefferson would have applauded. The only disrespect that I saw was by the park police. Upholding the constitution is their oath. The fact that other people may have been ejected was not because of the peaceful demonstration but because of the irrational reaction to it. The police were acting on illegal orders. They should be reminded they serve us and the constitution. The order giver(s) should be fired.

  • @mnsman1 The police were not acting on illegal orders. Kokesh and his group were. What they did, and do, is throw their pearls to the pigs. This "dance protest" won't help preserve or restore anyone's free speech rights. How bout we all go and dance on Adam's family plot? Tear it up! woot woot, oh YEAAAA! That'll get the government to change the law. Can't you see this is just a diversion, that it doesn't take any courage? "You'll know a man by the company he keeps". Hell yea.

  • @bluesingincat "pearls to the pigs" Quite interesting that you quote this. I heard an interpretation of this today. This is a reference to giving spiritual wisdom to the uninitiated. Are you initiated? Peple are allowed to honor TJ anyway they see fit- that is freedom of speech. TJ is honored by this bcause it is what he fought for. I care less about who was dancing whether it be Kokesh or YOU as long as it is peaceful. Dancing is a form of celebration. Diversion? Peace & freedom 2 you.:)

  • They should of kept dancing in handcuffs it would of been epic

  • i guess theyll slam ppl who are having seizures

  • disturbance of the peace n. upsetting the quiet and good order particularly through loud noise, by fighting or other unsocial behavior which frightens or upsets people. It is a misdemeanor, punishable by fine or brief term in jail.

  • @AlmostJesus in this case dancing at a MEMORIAL

  • @AlmostJesus it was silent dancing. No music involved, all headphones. And they stayed various feet away from the Memorial visitors. They purposely tried to not disturb anyone by standing in one spot and swaying their arms. The cops began arresting them for rhythmic moving of the torso and arms. So they then began to dance with their legs more as a show of protest to the ones being handcuffed. Then they arrested the ones dancing with their legs as well. U should watch the original video entirely

  • Seriously Adam Kokesh? You don't have ANYTHING better to do with your time or others? SERIOUSLY?!! Get a life! This is ludicrous. Who CARES about dancing inside the rotunda of a memorial? What kind of dancer are you moron? Go solve some REAL PROBLEMS! Seriously? People have too much time on their hands... Sheesh!

  • @Jacksimon007 this dancing stuff is the MOST important thing Kokesh could be doing. There should be more like himself willing to be arrested to protect your freedom to Dance-Dance the night away.

  • @Jacksimon007..In case you don't see it...this is a real problem..(Who cares about dancing inside the rotunda of a memorial?)...then why would they arrest them?

  • im glad i never gave a fuck about the law.. as long as u aint hurtin nobody, live yo mutha fuckin life cause u aint gettin another one..

  • There is a time and place for everything. A bunch of people dancing at a memorial is a public disturbance. Those officers were just doing their job. Stop ruining the experience for others who just want to "memorialize" Jefferson in a normal and respectful way.

  • @83mrsbear a normal and respectful way sound about as clear as the legal definition of dancing. The Constitution is suppossed to pretect unpopular speech. Abnormal or disprespectful is irrelivant so long as it causes no physical harm (like yelling fire in a crowded building might). At least it is if enough Americans grow a spine.

  • YOU GUYS are mental The cops where just ENFORCING the Laws

    THEY DONT CREATE THEM

  • @zFOXoz But you don't blindly follow laws. In fact, it's been written by multiple sources, and I'm sure you're familiar with the idea, that people need to rebel against laws that seem unjust, unfit, or inauthentic. Once a law is made, it isn't cast in stone.

  • @zFOXoz The police actually broke the law when they refused to answer the question about what law was being broken. they also did not read them their rights when arresting them. The cops belong in jail.

  • @harrignos No they didn't. Try getting a legal education.

  • @harrignos You don't need to read them their rights. Whatever they say wont be allowed in court.

  • @harrignos I'm a lawyer, and I'm completely unaware of such a law (if it exists.) Generally arrest warrants are not required in public places. Further, Miranda doesn't require a warning to be given at arrest. Merely before custodial interrogation. Even that would be unnecessary if they're just removing him and have no intent to charge him. Be careful to actually learn the law before you make claims about anyone being in jail.

  • @zFOXoz

but they do have the ability to ignore stupid laws ;)

  • @zFOXoz

And it was COPS enforcing JIM CROW LAWS!

The police state in the US is a very serious threat to civil liberties.

  • Why was such a stupid law ever passed in the first place.

  • Salute coming your way Adam... awesome.

oh and is it any wonder the facebook page is down?

  • You are awesome dude!

  • when did ignorance become civil?

  • How is what these idiots are going to do NOT going to disturb the 'normal' tourist? They are basically going to shut the place down...no disturbance lol Idiots like these are WHY we need "silly" laws rules in the 1st place.SMH Anyone thinking this whacko is a "hero" needs to google "kokesh spits at gold moms"..."your sons (that died in Iraq) "got what they deserved...hero my ass.

  • @YardBird011 Come back when you can form a properly worded sentence.

  • @YardBird011 They were using headphones, so they weren't making noise. They weren't many, they were few with plenty, plenty of room (I've been there, the place is large enough to step aside. So by your standards, walking down the street with headphones is disturbing the peace.

  • @YardBird011 u go fight a illegal war then chances are u will get the war you went looking for. It is logical that they got what they deserved-- how else would u describe the tragic end of these soldiers that died for nothing? Thinking they did not get what was coming to them is like shoving your hand in a blender and then wondering why it injured you.

  • If anybody deserved anything for fighting what politically correct people would call an illegal war, then wouldn't you say that the people in charge who ordered our troops to go in deserve a little something?

  • @froobcakes The crime syndicates managing of the classic false flag + stand-down operation that occurred on 9/11 for the purpose of entering the USA troops into a war is called Treason and the american people have not gotten around to giving them what they deserved. The american people also did not charge anyone for treason over the golf of tonkin lie. Also, i don't believe Roosevelt got charged for treason either for his stand-down operation during Japans attack on Pearl Harbor. They got away.

  • @froobcakes So maybe it is not Adam Kokesh that is in the wrong. Instead your disgust should be directed at the Bush family, the Pentagon generals who participated in the false flag operation, the owners of the corporate media for lying to you about what happened that day. You should be upset at the International Banker syndicate that are pushing for a police state where people are not even allowed to Dance. Adam being RUDE about how the soldiers got what was coming to them is small potatoes.

  • People, look up Project Garden Plot / CONPLAN 2502 globalsecurity. org/military/ops/garden_plot.htm and the military can't WAIT for unwitting protesters to set it into motion. I even think they have infiltrated the truth movement just to incite dissenters into action they can retaliate against. Be smarter than that! I am NOT saying 'give up'!!.....I'm saying don't be STUPID!! Starve the Beast, foil its agenda, don't fall for it!! Or you'll just end up as its next meal.

  • 1. What is a "dance"? A spasm in your leg? Waving your arm? So you are suposed to not move at all while you're in a momorial? Walking fast may be looked at as a dance! working a kink out of your neck may get you arrested now!

    2. Dance is a form of protest? Protesting what?

    3. Those cops demaded permits for video cameras? They said if doesn't matter if you're press? Press have permits! WTF?

  • This is stupid. Find a real law to fight if you're as brave as you think you are. Peaceful demonstrations are one thing. Resisting arrest makes you look like a bored, moronic child.

  • American Heritage Dictionary: civil disobedience

Refusal to obey civil laws in an effort to induce change in governmental policy or legislation, characterized by the use of passive resistance or other nonviolent means.

  • why do this? really. i mean, there are plenty of other laws that are ridiculous like this. in Mississippi its illegal to chain an alligator to a fire hydrant or put an ice cream cone in your back pocket. so what? those laws are so ridiculous it almost hard to break them. why not go do that instead? it just seems like bull baiting..

  • White people think they can do whatever they want with out a consequence. If you wanna protest get a fucking permit and do it the rite way. But no you just do whatever you feel like and then get mad at the outcome ???? These people know nothing of true oppression. I guess they have nothing better to do

  • @jaydooski hater^

    racist^

dude the "rite" way ur talking about is to submit to the oppressive empire

  • @jaydooski What do you need a permit for when it's already a protected constitutional right?

  • When it rains on the SWAT team standing on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial on Saturday, we will know that Jefferson is crying from heaven.

  • Is this what a Fascist Police State feels like? It just keeps creeping up on us...

  • kok3sh is a pathetic loser. his radio show - adam vs the man - flopped on a free market radio station in new mexico............. so, he signs on for a tv show with the russia television station. i bet that that is flopping too, so kok3sh has to come up with this media-whore action to try to get some attention.

good luck adam - you are a patheitc loser

  • @vanzorge

Shut the fuck up faggot, thats not the point here, seriously how old are you? Get ur head out of ur ass.

  • LOL you butt got arrested hahahah, hey in syria you can dance anywhere and not get arrested

  • These dancers are HEROS!, They are exposing the police state to the sleeping sheeple. WAKE UP EVERYONE, we are under attack!

  • @Truther858 - we are under attack from the likes of medea benjamin and adam kokesh . i am sorry that the police didn't kick them a few times - that would have been a good use of my tax dollars

  • ya know, this is a tricky one. I'm not saying the rule doesn't sound phenomenally stupid. What I am saying is that people go into the Jefferson Memorial for other things than seeing you dance. You knew the memorial police would have to do their jobs--dictated by someone else. You knew they'd be under even more scrutiny because of this country's ridiculous fear of terrorism....and you got a response. Congrats.....how bout going after laws like the patriot act, military commissions act, etc.

  • @keats27 How about arresting people for breaking existing laws, rather than making more laws.

  • @mondiablue How bout not dodging the point that the officers at that memorial were manipulated into using force? You want to start another debate about existing laws, then go after the existing laws and why they aren't being enforced. No need to make a video of police using force to do that. As to why make more? Well, see, I'm guessing that neither one of us has any idea why that judge made that ruling. But I'll bet there was a better reason for it than some kids trying to show up the man.

  • Comment removed

  • Steven Baldwin!!!

  • cock fag loser, i wish the cop would have killed you

  • @ibtl1 Dude, Adam Kokesh is a f*** United States Marine. Notice the BIG cop chose to go mess with someone else when he noticed the big USMC tat on Adam's left arm. Big cop confronts him, puts on his gloves, and lets the other guy handle it. Smart cop. Marine more likely to kill him, idiot.

  • @thegreatneechi this sorry ass got thrown out of the marines for theft of a rifle

  • @ibtl1 I'd be inclined to believe you if it weren't for what's on these videos. That man is a goddamn hero, and here it is the day after Memorial Day, and suddenly he's a maggot for dancing in the Jefferson Memorial? I think not.

  • @thegreatneechi hes no hero, hes a fucking loser hipster, ask a REAL MARINE if he would act like a tree hugging, moonbat, dancing douche bag at a memorial.

  • @ibtl1 A REAL MARINE would obey the oath he took and protect and uphold the constitution. This is exactly what Adam did. Jus because the supreme kangaroo kourt said it was wrong dosent make it wrong. Slowly but suerly our rights are being taken away and people like you are turning over and taking it in the ass from uncle sam while true patriots like Adam are showing people you dont have to take it from uncle sam. Thomas Jefferson is the grandfather of freedom, You dont deserve freedom or respect

  • @ibtl1 Oh so marines always have to be cool, buff and all that shit?

You're stereotypical, or just have a narrow point of view.

  • @ibtl1 Is that true?

  • @thegreatneechi The marines are gay are they not?

  • @Ragexg0d and? the point is?

  • @thegreatneechi Oh, you mean the cop that dropped him? Anyone assaulting a DC cop would have gotten the book thrown at them, wouldn't that have been nice.

  • @thegreatneechi He got slammed by an old ass 5'7" Sgt............Your joking right??? LMAO ....Yeah that big bad Marine really showed him as he bounced off the marble...HAHA ... He's no Marine he's a liberal pansy.....

  • @thegreatneechi He got slammed by an old ass 5'7" Sgt.in bike helmet...........Your joking right??? LMAO ....Yeah that big bad Marine really showed him as he bounced off the marble...HAHA ... He's no Marine he's a liberal pansy.....

  • @thegreatneechi Adam Kokesh was less than honorably discharged from the Marine Corps for bringing loot back from Iraq. This technically makes him a war criminal. according to the info on his DD-214, he is not eligible for membership in the VFW.

  • @ThunderPigBlog what would this 'loot' be, do you suppose? just curious. aside from that, it is scary that if i were to shuffle around a bit in a way that looked like dancing that i may be arrested.

  • @em1lyj0 Adam Kokesh brought back a pistol stolen from a dead Iraqi. He was demoted from Sgt to Corporal and given a general discharge instead of an honorable discharge.

  • @ThunderPigBlog ouch. that's not cool. he's welcome to comment on this madder should he see it. that is pretty dishonorable.

  • @em1lyj0 He, who? Adam? or a commenter?

What is this 'madder'? according to the dictionary madder is a southwest Asian perennial plant (Rubia tinctorum) having small yellow flowers, whorled leaves, and a red root.

  • @ThunderPigBlog rofl. 'he' as in Adam. thanks for teaching me a new word today, haha. that was an interesting typo on my behalf. glad to help you learn a new word too.

  • @thegreatneechi He should have killed him. Infringment on liberty is far worse than murder in my book. I'd rather be dead than a slave, or a sheep . .

  • @thegreatneechi An EX-marine who was dishonorably discharged. Dick head deserved it for being such a horrible representation of the American people.

  • You guys are being jerks. You are free to dance your asses off outside. Show the memorial some respect. What's next? Are you going to want to swing on stripper poles in a church?

  • @FPChris Actually, swinging on stripper poles in a church is considered protected speech.

  • haha, they bodyslammed this hippie's ass. Can't wait to see you hippies get arrested and bodyslammed on June 4th.

  • @brunfist GTFO.

  • i hope you dont pull a permit and they slam your ass again.

  • SEARCH "ADAM KOKESH ANSBACH VIDEO" - Kokesh works with far left code pink hamasshole lovers and an accused cop killer to encourage our troops to desert their posts. Kokesh is now being paid by ex KGP PUTIN for spreading lies about America on Russia Today.

  • @jpeditor i dont care about kokesh. He wants to dance, let him. What about the other 10 people dancing? Are you gonna find their dirty secrets too so you can prohibit them from dancing too somehow?

  • Man, if I knew I'd get to chokeslam attention whores I would have joined the police academy. Nice perk.

  • due to a recent decision by DC courts, "organized expressive dance" is considered a part of demonstration, which is illegal at a national monument. Which explains why the cop says @ 0:26 "if you continue to demonstrate by dancing you will be arrested."

    SOMEONE BREAKS A LAW

    SOMEONE GETS ARRESTED

WHAT A TWIST, MORE NEWS AT 11

  • @wowrulez111 You don't get it do you.. I'll explain: the point is that maybe we (the people that live on this planet) do not agree to every law that other people come up to limit our freedom of expression. And then maybe someone speeks up about it! Wow! I know, isnt that a radical thought!

  • @sybrensmith84 Well too bad, but guess what? If you live in a country like that, it means you agree to obid the local law.

  • @wowrulez111 No law shall be written that violates the rights protected by the Constitution. The Constitution is supreme law!

  • @Qopel Well, did you read the newest constitution?

  • i think it is hilarious that every one is thinking the police were so at fault with this, they are saying they are unconstitutional, but if you people read past the first amendment there are others and there are some that talk about protest. one of them even says protest in/ or in front of a governmental building or public governmental monument must be approved of first. think before you do stupid shit and if you want to get arrested do not take us all down with you.

  • @EcksbawksPatriot so you are okay with laws that don't allow people freedom of expression?? your not okay with people standing up for themselves? okay... well maybe your will just allow your rights to be stripped away, little bit by little bit, but I support those who have the ball.

s, and the ability to see what needs to happen and why

  • make TJ proud!!!! Dance your ass off's!!!!

  • "I`M WITH STUPID"

LOL DUDE how stupid can you be!!!!

  • "I`M WITH STUPID"

  • So many nanny state supporters unbelievable i hate you tube comments!

  • @slayer236071 You've been duped - kokesh would simply substitute Code Pink and Putin as nanny state. No one is endorsing police state, EXCEPT KOKESH who supports jihadis and communists like Code Pink and Russian Oilagarchs like Putin by working on Russia Today. On ThisAintHell dot US Search Kokesh.

  • You break a rule and then you start a huge drama because you get punished for it?

Stop the attention whoring, especially the whole shit about police-state since its a simple rule and not something huge. If you provoke people you have to be ready for the consequences.

At least i hope you enjoyed your time in jail.

  • @Applesoap i don't think you understand! DANCING in a public place is against the law! WTF is wrong with this country! it's so wrong what the police men did! And yes they are starting a huge drama because it is wrong!

what is wrong with you to think that it's right!?

  • @NilesW17 its not against the law in whole America, just that little place. Would you like people to dance infront of graves of people or memorials of fallen soldiers? The whole "brutality" that was so "wrong" was because the fool that made the video here was resisting arrest and kept provoking the officers so they will take action and while he was acting like he was immune to the law.

If they dont follow the orders of the police officers what do you expect the officers to do? Beg them?

  • @Applesoap Some places they do dance in front of graves not in celebration of the fact that people are dead, but to celebrate those peoples lives....I think they were dancing at the Jefferson Memorial to be ironic because Jefferson was a big believer in peoples right of expression and freedoms of speech...

  • @NilesW17 so its ok if some one shoots a baby as long as it is in public and they say they are doing it to protest the right to bare arms?

  • @BladeHunterX91 wtf does this have to do with me arrested and put in jail for dancing in the public memorial of a founding father a man who fought for our rights of public speech and public demonstration...I think there is a big diff between killing a baby and dancing at a memorial...

  • @BladeHunterX91 Are you an idiot? Murder isn't a protected right. What's wrong with you? You compare dancing with murder?

  • This is a law just like how it is against the law to murder or rape someone.

The point of this law is to stop faggots like this guy demonstrating and causing a public disturbance to us NORMAL people who are there with our families to enjoy a historic site. I don't want a group of fucking morons dancing around here, and if I was there, I'd help the police knock these motherfuckers down.

  • @RationalTheism and what would you tell your kids they got arrested for dancing in celebration of our free nation? and you would have helped! father of the year! What if it was your child that was dancing and got arrested it would be a different story wouldn't it! and dont say it would never happen because these people just showed you it could! welcome to the nanny state you support!

  • @slayer236071 Yup Public building, why do you need to dance in a public building when you could dance right outside?

You people just love pushing buttons. So you think that dancing is a good way to remember the troops?

Whats next shitting on their graves? They are on public property as well.

  • Its my party, and I'll dance if I want to---dance if I want to---dance if I want to. Come on everybody!

  • in all honesty, you're just goin there to annoy them bike police faggots..

  • To the people who disagree with these guys standing up for our freedoms: GO TO HELL MOVE TO CHINA! these freedoms are what our ancestors fought for they died so we could enjoy the simple act of quietly celebrating memorial day in our own way!

  • i agree that the law itself is stupid in every way.... but on the other hand i think you deserved what you got because did resist arrest they gave you multiple warnings but you still said no..

  • Hey Adam. I wish I could join you and the fellow members of America. But I live in Denmark. I agree with you. This is absolutely ridiculous, and absurd. Doing at the memorial of Thomas Jefferson? Really? This is just low, even for a cop in America. If I were there I would just stand and point at Thomas Jefferson all the time. If anyone get arrested, I would go up to the policeman, poke him gently on the shoulder, point at the memorial and say "Aren't you a shamed of what you have become?".

  • What a ridiculous law! Is the law posted anywhere? Otherwise, how would someone know? What would Thomas Jefferson say about the law and the response? I'll bet he'd be in support of anarchy in this instance. It's not like he's actually buried there, for heaven's sake. Is singing banned too? I'd love to see a flash mob show up and sing the national anthem just to see what they'd do. Too bad I live 3,000 miles away.

  • dancingpresent participle of dance (Verb)

    1. Move rhythmically to music, typically following a set sequence of steps.

So if there's no music are you dancing or just fashionably walking?

  • Adam Kokesh, you are a fucking moron. Are you trying to change the world, by disobeying a law which is common sense to most people? Why the fuck would anyone dance at Jefferson's Memorial, what a disgusting person are you?

  • All of you that state that the police in this case have done something illegal or wrong need to understand they were enforcing a court order. It's the judge that issued the order that you should be furious with, not the police.

  • @Jeff41a Reference please. I didn't see anything about a court order. I saw a court opinion that ruled that the government could prohibit dance at the Jefferson Memorial, but no court order. And yes, I am furious at the judge who issued that opinion, as it's clearly a violation of First Amendment precedent.
