Weight loss surgery often doesn't get to the root of the issue. It fixes the weight problem, sure, but it doesn't get to the heart of the matter. In many cases, the pain and turmoil that causes one to eat obsessively simply gets transferred somewhere else. Lots of weight loss surgery patients later go on to get addicted to new things like drugs or alcohol because they never dealt with the real problem.
You look like you were a hot bride even with the weight you have on. Your groom should have been able to tell you that.
