  • not very deep. in my opnion a squat is only a squay if it goes to at least parallel. it doesnt have to be atg, for for fuck sake it should at least be parallel

  • Well I'm gonna bitch about his depth a little, but to go up 80 lbs in 2 months is quite substantial. Don't worry about what people say about the bar not bending. The bars at my school are barely bending at 700. I wasn't benching or squatting, but I was doing heavy negatives. Probably my favorite exercise. But yeah, it's harder than hell to make a bar bend.
