not very deep. in my opnion a squat is only a squay if it goes to at least parallel. it doesnt have to be atg, for for fuck sake it should at least be parallel
Well I'm gonna bitch about his depth a little, but to go up 80 lbs in 2 months is quite substantial. Don't worry about what people say about the bar not bending. The bars at my school are barely bending at 700. I wasn't benching or squatting, but I was doing heavy negatives. Probably my favorite exercise. But yeah, it's harder than hell to make a bar bend.
