the sleep is the biggest fucking bullshit part of the job not to mention the shitty pay back breaking physical labour crappy uniforms bullshit rules it's like i've been serving 3 years prison time
i dont have so much trouble with the sleep, its just id much prefer to be going out at night, than going to bed at 8ish when i have to work thenext day. missed friday night footy for the last 3 years :(. and yeah pay is crap for the hours that we do. On the RGA trip they told us that we were their future etc, and i dont see them putting in the effort to see what the hell is happening with us,or to offer us better positions etc.
are you a baker or a sales person? because I work as a sales person and i think the rules and everything are just ridiculous.we get alot of crap about 100% customer service, boosting sales, being a slave blah blah blah, but i've never heard a bakers point of view.
i bake....our girls our drilled to do all that shit, not that they ever get 100% from what i hear though. as far as im concerned, its all a lot of crap.
as for making product, its just a that stage where i dont give a flying fuck anymore. near enough is good enough for me. im sick of shit job for shit money in shit hours
We never get 100% either, the boss goes mental if we get under 85% on the secret shopper, it's a load of crap.
It must be hard to quit as a baker, I'm finding it hard to quit as a sales person cos everyone is always quitting and i work during the day from open and the boss prefers it if we give heaps of notice, i mean i'm not even full time, just part time but yeah it must be harder for a baker to leave.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who reckons BD is a load of bs lol.
