I love this song, but I really think it doesn't lend itself well to an acoustic performance. It sounds much more impressive with all the other elements thrown on top of it in the studio recording.

@uscguitarmaster Well.....thats kinda the thing. I believe he's taking a bit too much credit. Heck, simple song is great and all but it sounds like another Broken Bells song or something.  I think he should have dropped the name "the shins" since in fact it's not the Shins anymore it's just James mercer and different backing line-up.
