Can I use the mango mousse to fill a cake? I got a mango mousse cake for my birthday which had the mousse on the outside and on the top finished with gelatin. I want to make a wedding cake with fondant on the outside. Will the mousse be thick enough to use as a filler inside the cake in layers?

@shinyberry123 you just whip heavy whipping cream and add sugar and vanilla if you want dont over whip or you get butter just stop whipping when it makes soft peaks you dont have to use a wisk you can use a hand mixer.

I use a basic hand mixer to make whipped cream. Takes about 3-5 minutes. Lovely and simple dessert!

50 gms , if you dont fing mango you can also use pineapple,lemon jello

thks a lot. i'm from other side of the world. ingredients found are so different in measurement. can you pls tell fans like me- what is the volume(in ml) of mango puree tin and cream pack? and re weight of pectin: is that 50gm per pack(ie 100gm in total)?
