(contiuation)..., he feels the need 2 take what can be told in a few issues, and darn near turn it in2 an "event"!!! 2 be clear, l don't have a problem w/ extended arcs, if what's being said w/ in those issues that comprse said arcs r substantial w/ in themselves. (Ed Brubaker has shown that ability, among others) Johns, his writing strictly 4 the trade, in my opinion is nothing but a cash grab.

lf l'm able 2 get some change from between the couch cushions, l'll probably see this JL story arc, thru, then l'll most lkely drop the tttle. JimLee, while one of DC's best drawers, my take on his current work, differs from yours. My feeling is that until issue 4, Lee has bascally been sleepwalking hs way thru the art. l feel his work on Hush, A.S. Batman & the 12pt. Superman, were vastly superor.
Johns however, is why after ths arc, l'll be dropping the title. Like Bendis, (2 b cont'd)

Is it me or is this new origin for the Justice League is kind of DC making a story for a possible Justice League movie. Here is why I think it is:
1) They are using costume that is most easier to adapt for the silver screen.
2) It is when Batman and Superman first meet, without WB having to do a World Finest movie.
3)They are using Darkseid, a popular villain for the origin.
4)They have tokken black character (don't get me wrong I love Clyborg)
