The Enclave require some love. Because, they are -technically- the American Government afterall.

Which means they're still (somehow) at war with the Union. Or just China...does Russia even play a role in FO3?

@WolfytheWolf5667 no. You encounter the chinese twice in FO3 but never with the Russians. The Chinese remnant ghouls are in Mama Dolce's, and in Operation Anchorage you enter a simulation fighting the chinese

im putting up on youtube in a coupel of weeks a video called Fallout 3: The last stand were i will have 200 feral ghouls of each kind at the bottom of a hill i have ghoul mask on take it off then they all come for me and ill be makeing a final stand with the minigun then another called fall of the wasteland were i plante a 1000 of each enclave group in the wasteland and let them invade rivet city/megaton/citadel and jefferson memorial

@MusterChief I don't think so, you might want to not store any items in the affected cells or containers however, just in case.

You need first to get Fo3Edit, then open up the file you want to edit. It should be in the file header, in some field called flags. Remove the master file flag from there, save and rename the file to *.esp.

I read the bloddy manual but I still dont know how to change the soilder's inventory / add a new faction . Nibberz86 (a.k.a. J3X) sometimes you need to learn how to help people not telling them to read the readme. Yes i'm a complete noob in G.E.C.K. and i'm proud of it.

@MusterChief That's not included in the readme, the questions I answer with RTFM is "how do I change Enclave to BOS?".

However it's pretty simple to change the inventories in GECK. Read on the GECK wiki on how to load up and edit a mod, then simply drag and drop things to the soldiers inventories (their names starts with J3X....).

I've changed the Enclave Soldiers inventory but when I test my version of EC the Enclave Soldiers are still wearing the default power armors instead of the Regulator Dusters that I added. I've found out its the master file (EnclaveCommander has been marked as one of the parent Masters). How do I change this so that there will be no conflicts between two mods?

@MusterChief It should work just as long as your plugin is loaded after Enclave Commander.

Or you can edit the master file directly using Fo3Edit to make it a plugin file (by removing the master file flag and renaming it) and then edit it as a normal plugin.

Did you know that you can get as many T-51B as you want by setting Soilder type to 'American Army' then requesting some Exterminators or Annihilators then acessing their inventory by double tapping the command button on them then take their T-51B! Try this out now.

This mod is awesome! Did anyone of you know that you can get as many Chinese Stealth Armor as you want by calling Wraiths and acessing their inventory by double clicking on a wraith (using the command key (default is G) and also other dlc items like the Infiltrator (from Wraiths too but its rare).
