he slab is quite intimidating until you have done it, then its easy - gotta say seen guys with serious £££ bikes not give it a go, so hat off to ya matey! Next time, drop the saddle dude!
there's that point of no return- and you cant put the brakes on too much! first time i went down i hit the brakes and i looked to my left and there was my back wheel, skidding along right next to me!
i snapped my elbo mountain biking i had sugery and two screws were put in its almost been a year since they went in and i still dont even have nere full extension age 14

i was up there today,
why oh why don't xc riders ever ever put their seats down, thats why this guy fell.
PugMang 2 years ago
one guy with a xc scott race bike was too scared to do it, no doubt this was because his saddle was about the same height as him!

It must have been the reflecor on the front wheel that stopped poor sid getting all the weight over the back wheel.
Hope he's ok now!

Sid wishes that stitches were all he needed! Plates and pins and all sorts in his shoulder now! :-(
He's old enough to know better and his old bones won't mend in a hurry
GET WELL SOON YOU OLD BUGGER!
Steve's fall at the end is a result of the first day wearing SPDs :-D
