Bless such dogs. My Staffie is now 18 months old and weighs 23 kg (more than seven times my cat) and yet my cat is the one who runs the place. If they pass each other in the hallway she won't even let him walk by her with batting him with her paws. She even steals his treats from him if I'm not around to stop her. It's both funny and kinda mean, watching such a muscular dog tiptoeing around a crabby 14 year old tabby XD

I love watching Sharky and Max-Arthur. Ive been viewing these you tube videos for weeks. My favourite is Max-Arthur riding on the vacuum cleaner smacking Sharkey. @FickleBugg He's a snowshoe, a decendant of the saimese bred with bi colored American short hairs. The original breeder had a siamese with three white feet and started breeding for it. The entire breed started here in the US in Philadelphia. They started as the ""silver lace" and now we have the Snowshoe. I think they have the prettiest markings of all the cat breeds.

Yup, the practice was used for dogfighting, so when two dogs were fighting they couldn't get ahold of each other's ears and rip them up. Dogfighting is rediculous so it's silly to have it done as aesthetic appeal, although many breeders do it as puppies when they're really young. Dobermans too.

@quarterpastcrazy If this is in regard to neutering/spaying I also agree but depending on certain breeds neutering mellows them out and sometimes for the safety of the dog ,for example someone who breeds fighting dogs sees an impressive individual like sharky will probably try to steal him/her to breed for a better fighting dog.
