@eatingperson What takes up most time (at least for me) is washing the vegetables... So, to cut some time I wash them in the morning while waiting/doing my breakfast.. & if you live with people that eats what you cook, divide chores. It almost always works, if collaboration is made the centre point & if nagging is left out the door ^_^

Great looking meal. If anybodys interested in kicking that tomato salad up a notch, throw some mozzarella cheese in the mix. Jamie often talks about certain foods being "best friends", tomato and mozza definitely being one of those magic combos.
