Forwards on2 is correct, - left foot down forwards on the slap on the 2. If it were 'normal' on2 the right would slap the 2 going backwards. If it were on 1 the left forwards would hit the 1. Weird though - I'll stick to on2 backwards thanks! :-)

This is definitely On2, it's just PR On2. I hate that nobody (even the uploader) thought to point out that it wasn't NY On2 to people that were confused. To everyone who thinks it's On1: You think that because his first foot he steps with is his left: he merely just skipped a count. When he is breaking forward in the dance it is definitely on the count of 2. Some of the dance is spotty in terms of where he is stepping and sometimes steps are rushed but this is definitely On2, just PR On2.

It's definitely on on2. There are a couple of steps where someone with an untrained eye can get confused as to whether its on1 or on2 but it's definitely on2

first he starts out on1 then he switches on2 .BUT he is on the womens timing. on the first beat he is stepping forward w his right foot. he is giving the woman spins on 567 and cross body leads on 567 .which is an on1 timing move but doing the footwork and breaking on the 2nd beat but to the womens timing .he is forward on the first beat w his left foot. good dancing but his timing is all over the place. on beat but off the traditional on1 or on2 footwork.

This is salsa on 2. Its not forward on 2 bc forward on 2 still hits on 1 but goes the opposing direction on the 2 beat; salsa on 1 does the opposite. Its obvious that he is hittin on the 2 beat.

One of the finest couple who can dance to a coherent whole to the entire song, that I've seen so far on the entire web; normally you'd see silly people breaking down on1 or on2 with jerky jerky motion(breaks too much) that do not correspond to the theme nor the whole song. only silly ppl breaks on1 or on2, good dancer can break any time they wanted.

los bailadores en dos markan el uno con la izq pero no dan el paso. el paso es dado con la derecha y regresan a la posision original.

Yo aprendi en las calles de Mexico nada mas viendo y contando 123 123 y siguiendo el rithmo.

This is interesting because troy goes forward with his left on 2nd beat than backwards with the right on2. I've been scanning a bunch of videos, like eddie t, frankie m, oliver p, tito and notice their on2 is with the right foot going back on the 2nd beat. I guess it works for Troy.
