It's really sad though. I know both good Arabs and Jews, some religious some not. Both parties are angry and defensive. Jews need to find better solutions to defending their state than so many civilian casualties or accidents w/ gunfire. Arabs really need to stop blaming their problems on a country that has little to do with them. Egypt has more reasons for anger, but the Palestinian situation is used by other Arab countries to blind their populace from real issues. Hatred wins votes.

So the first thing Egyptians do, instead of working on building a non-corrupt/mafia-led government, instead of rewriting their constitution, instead of ensuring their country will be peaceful and prosperous, instead of working with maintaining stability for their hard-wrought stand in Cairo... If you don't take ownership of the problem more people will die. You still haven't commented on the 8 Israelis who died because of the gunmen that were being pursued. If your policy is too bad, so sad, then what really is the difference here? Do you not also hate Palestinians who cripple the rights of their own people with fear and violence?

Hell, even with all the historical evidence, it is hard to find an Arab who acknowledges those events. My point is, the history is a lot more complicated than a lot of Arabs seem to acknowledge. In a lot of ways, the racism was there. After Israel was founded, it grew, and many Jews left other Arab countries after that.

@jalyoka I can acknowledge the anger Egyptians feel for the deaths of these people, but I cannot accept the aim to justify blind hatred towards millions of people because of it. Many Jews ended up in Israel because of the WWII, they founded a home and it was to be split. You talk of religion and the connection of both, but I mostly see Arabs (mostly Muslims) talking about religious war, extremist or not. Jews are a race, not all are religious. Maybe less live in Egypt because of racism?
