my blackberry is in a constant state of rebooting. It will show the timer for a couple seconds then it will show a white screen for less than a second and start all over again. What is happening?? I guess this doesnt work for me because it cant stay connected to the computer cuz it wont stop restarting. Is there any solution to the PLEASE!!!!
can you please help me? i got a bb from my bro and i need to wipe it cuz he typed in his password too many times and all attempts were fails . so it does lock with a password but idk what is the password .. what should i do?
@MrConundrummer Dont worry i figured it out. all i had to do after i removed the whole os is just that i had to install a new os the latest os. which was a great idea to do my research because i almost gave up. I actually like the idea that i had to install a few softwares to get this working. Now i began to start my own busienss upgrading and fixing people blackberries which will cost them 20 pound per fix and with upgrade 30 lol. This error msg from breaking into a white screen was a great job
i accidently put the wrong code in 10 times an bb is wiped.... what can i do to make it work again... plus it was unlocked at the time... please HELP i want it back unlocked an working again....

I have a lil problem, I can't seem to be able to click Yes at any moment through this process. I can't select yes when it asks for the password nor can I select Yes when I want to Wipe it. I AM able to select No though...
@BlackberryOS i've tried doing this like 20 times now, and after it says connecting to the device it goes straight back to the main screen and nothing changes on my phone...it still has the white screen and still says 523! i've followed the instructions step by step...please help!
