I have seen most of the entries this one should win. The recent shot of Ryan Hipwood at this spot is amazing-not as deep but definitely looks heavier than anything else out there. To bad so much water on the lens on this one still should win though.

@pleasurlab Lots of people think Teahupo'o is the thickest wave but the fact is its not. I thought teahupo'o was the heaviest wave too until I seen lots of underground footage in areas like Australia and Hawaii displaying waves seen in this video.
