mam, hats off to you. we throw out such a lot of the cocoanut pith after extracting the milk something we use almost everyday for our Asian (kerala) dishes. now we can put to use this for making so many dishes. Thank you so much.- Kuruvilla
can u just grind coconut to make coconut flour without making milk with it first or would there be to much oil in it?\
