Lived here all my life. Just to let you know - You cn't drive through the town anymore, because of bollards. If you drive around them you get a fine at the other end. So people just drive through the car park!! (:

Im not from cornwall but I live in Falmouth and i must say, of all the places ive lived (i come from cambridge), Falmouh is the best, its nice here, some people are friendly and I work at the right of the first roundabout you pass (co op!)
