I'll always be a mustang guy, but you gotta love the old iroz z28's, my buddy had a nice 88 until he cracked it up, his had the 5.7 liter, but I would just eat him up after 3rd gear with my stock 90gt, still love the irocs though, if i ever see one in original good shape, i'll buy it if the price is right, they are going to be worth big bucks in 15-20 years, same goes for the 87-93 5.0 fox bodies.
z28 camaros are a fast car,but to dang heavy in the rear,a stock z28 can go up against a stock gt all it wants it will get its butt kicked,stangs are alot lighter in the rear,i know my stufff bout stangs at 16 years old,i been brought up around them.the only way a z28 can beat a stock gt depends on what the camaro is packin under the hood.

We'll see if anyone sreet driven Z28 can hang with my BOSS 347 that is currently being built to run with my strim vortech. 550-600whp and this engine will be barely breathing... Yeah if Z28's were so awesome why didn't they sell more? they didn't so GM stopped making them...
