I heard about the update and tried to install it but it doesn't seem to work for me..

I have done everyting according to the instructions but myt pc keeps telling me that the usb device doesn't work, and it says there are no drivers installed..

If searched on the internet but i don't seem to find any simular problems..

I tryed to update using 2 different XP Proffesional pc's and one Vista..

Any typs on how it might get fixed?

@MrDeeyone Nah, it's not late, specially with the update to Android 2.1, it is a very nice phone, howver you should check if the screen size is for you, if you don't like the size, check the Sony Ericsson X8

Esse celular é uma porcaria.....o Bluetooth dele ainda não está em funcionamento no aparelho e ninguém informa isso para nós consumidores, fora a bateria dele sere fixa e quando da pau vc não tem o que fazer a não ser sentar e esperar...comprei o meu ontem e ele na hora que coloquei para carregar simplesmente resolveu não ligar mais....a não ser ontem q depois de 3 horas na tomada ele voltou a funcionar quando quis...agora ele não liga mais mesmo...NÃO COMPREM!!!!

Dear sony ericsson, why did you made a mini version of the x10. The phone is too small! And please make for the big x10 an other thing then timescape/mediascape. It looks great, but it lags and give it multitouch! Oh, and a suggestion stop making android phones and start with a 'playstation' OS for your mobile phone. You have the playstation store, give it some pspgo/xperia games and make the homescreen the same as on the psp/ps3. It 'll be great!!!

It was announced way before the Nexus One, HTC Desire, Apple iPad, and those are either all released or soon to be released, but the X10 seems like it couldn't be further from release. Hell, even the X2a isn't released in the US yet, and the X1a is off the shelves. Does SE even realize that there are NO SE smartphones available in the US right now?

The phone looks really good, has a cool QWERTY keyboard, which is brilliant but the phone just keeps even 3.3 hours, which really is shit!

Related to the battery would be a very very very basic so I would not buy the cellphone!!!

@Shw4mp true it about software more than hardware,but for right now,look at apple making in house mobile processor. you have to have good hardware for those software to run smoothly ,iphone did set a benchmark but to "ME" it become a trend with iphone now it not innovative device ,the company that i Think is such a power house right now Samsung ,they have to many part in phone and device is crazy, within a year i see if my prediction that samsung will take a big market share in mobile industry
