It is a 20 cubic yard drop box made by WasteEquip in Albany Oregon. The two lids slide over each other leaving it half uncovered at most. They call it a rolling metal lid.

*lol* I hate to "windrow" the trash when I have a long container. It looks better to stack it...
But if you have the end down there, there's not much you can do about it though.
