@CutiePieZphi There is no wrong or right way. I would say try both and see how you like it. I've tried it on wet hair...but it didn't dry all the way and it was a disaster. I've never done it on dry unpressed hair before. I would imagine that your hair would have to be easy to manage in its dry state.
