i would recomend not stepping on the tail and not holding onto the gills. this can result in a dead fish. i would recomend holding him by the tail and supporting his chest in the palm of your hand

there are alot of sharks on the carolina shores. I just went fishing on the surf and all I caught was shark and stingray.the biggest shark i caught was 4.5 feet though....

Excellent video ! A friend of mine comes up to visit and always brings a cooler full of shark. Great eating ! We cut the fillets up in 1" chunks, batter them in Drake's Fish Mix and deep fry them. I believe he said they were Black Tip reef sharks.

Shark are good. I like to grill it. Soon you catch them you should gut them and cut the head off right of way. There brain release a pee taste out. These shark are call sand sharks. Thanks for your comments.
