CatWoman, you don't know how to eat pasta! "thaht mix", as you call it, allows flavours to blend with each other. I do that mix, and then I put also salsa above too! This is the Italian way to eat pasta... full of flavour. Anyway this idiot chef should prepare fettuccine, not spaghetti, with bolognese sauce. That sauce is too heavy for that kind of pasta: he should use a pasta with eggs in the dough, and he should prepare it "a mano".
