I can say this about vitamin e oil, I use it every day twice a day. I am 64, most people think I am in my 40's. The natural ageing of the skin is inevitable, and I noticed that my skin was becoming very dry and using makeup made my wrinkles look deeper and darker. Now my skin has lightened up and the lines have deminished significantly. It is inexpensive too. I used to pay big bucks for products that did NOTHING. Now it us Preperation H for the bags and Vitamin E for the lines. Love it!
omg i got so scared watching this video! until i saw the comments! i use vitamin e every night and my skin has got very soft and nice. and yeah i've been using it for an extended period of time and i am not getting acne or... uh germa... whatever she said! haha! i would recomend vitamin e because i heard that the more you use it the more younger you look. so if your young its probably good to use it because it will reduce the amount of wrinkles as you grow old. but i heard i dont know if true. !
My physical therapist told me rubbing my surgical wound will decrease the appearance of scarring and it does soften the newer skin. As for my doctor, he told me I'm healing quite well.
Onto the vitamin E subject, I have old acne scars from last year and it's still apparent. I have been using Vitamin E oil on my acne scars for the past few weeks (every other 2 days) and I do feel it has helped, not dramatically, but significantly to see a difference it has made within weeks versus a year. I hav
I gave this video a thumbs down because i use 100% pure vitamin e oil, almost every night and it has cleared up alot of my hyperpigmentation and a few acne scars in less than 3 weeks. the pure form is really sticky and thick, and i only use about 2 drops and pat it all over my skin. it has never clogged my pores. maybe if you have oily skin, but for me it works just fine.
point to make- vitamin E products are ONLY meant to be used for very dry skin, such as people with eczema and dermatitis, These conditions you can also get medicated creams by prescription, IF you used these prescription creams when you have normal skin, it will cause irritation and possibly the condition they're meant to treat. Wouldn't this suggest the same could happen if you use Vitamin E Oil?
If you don't need it, don't use it or you will need it- its simple enough
I'm currently using vitamin E oil for my dry, itchy skin. I haven't had any problems so far, and it seems to be helping. I also have taken the oil orally, directly into my mouth. Doesn't taste bad, but I did wash down with Corona, as it did leave that weird oily coating in my mouth.

@smokinin225
and apparently it is extremely easy to become one...all you need is internet knowledge. Most Dietitians are good sales-men/women.
