This makes no sense at all. Even if you put aside the fact that HILLARY HERSELF NOW BACKS OBAMA, Look at any congressional scorecard of ANY organization. Obama and Clinton are almost always voting together and both voting the opposite of McCain. If you supported Hillary during the primary it makes no sense to turn around and vote McCain when he holds the opposite stance on every major issue while Obama shares Hillary's stance about 95% of the time. Recent history hasn't seen many initatives worth reaching across the aisle for. George Bush hasn't been what I'd call a bipartisan president. Frankly, most of the programs we've seen shoved down our throat were never worthwhile for anyone but a hardline conservative and should have been rejected. In that light, Obama did exactly what he should, rejecting those issues just as he did the war. And Mccain, frankly, is very good at switching his opinion when it will play better with his audience.

For all the talk on Republicans parts about unfair treatment, I did not see Mr. Obama (or Mrs. Clinton, for that matter) acting disrespectfully to his opponent. I saw the fighting of two people who respected each other but were both determined to win. Obama is no more deserving of a 'sexist' label than Hilary would be of a 'racist' label if she had won. I voted for Obama, but I decided against Mrs. Clinton based on her pros and cons as a canidate, not as a woman. Please don't turn your back now.

McCain voted AGAINST the new GI Bill; Obama voted FOR it so veterans returning from Iraq can get a decent college education. Veterans have to be either insane or VERY uninformed to support McCain in this election. When it comes to "supporting the troops," Republicans and McCain/Palin talk a good game, but when it comes time for them to put their money where their mouth is, they leave us high and dry. The DEMOCRATS are the ones that supported the troops with the new GI Bill. VETERANS FOR OBAMA!!!

McCain believes that the promise of full college tuition upon discharge (you do not use the GI Bill until you get out) will prompt too many servicemembers to get out sooner than they would have otherwise.
Personally, I found the Montgomery G.I. Bill more than adequate to pay for my college education. No, it won't pay the tuition for a fancy ivy league school, but it certainly did pay for more than 100% of the college cost.

In thie application process, colleges ask for a letter of recomendation, sometimes multiple ones, from people outside of your imediate family. So when you apply to college, especially one as prestigious as Harvard you seek out the most respected and most powerful people you know to put in a good word for you. I don't get what your problem is. what are you insinuating? Cronyism? Foul play on his admittance? What exactly is the problem?

I think some of these supporters of Hilary who are supporting McCain, had no intention of supporting Obama, anyway. I wonder if it has anything to do with Obama being African-American. Why would you support a GOP ticket that includes a woman (Palin) who is pro life, while Hillary, who you support, is pro choice?
