I doubt this was for Dutch 1967 from what your description says but this is footage of The Who in late 1966 recording "Bucket T" and was broadcasted on Popside a Swedish TV Show they did a mimed set there from early 1966. Their cover reached #1 in Sweden and is featured on the remaster of "A Quick One" I have the stereo version.
