So it does the idle motion as soon as you make it sit!!! Also you show in this video that the avatar has idle motions. When you add a persona their are no idle motions !!!!

Very ofter you add a motion; like you make you avatar sit down, very soon after its standing up again!!!! This makes it impossible to animate properly. This happens because the avatar has idle motions attached (3G).

what the hell is the FK control? i've been looking for it for 2 hours.... rotating on a different axis shouldnt be this hard...

Oh gawd... you should mention that the FK control is Right Click after a Left Click on the item... Not just "Use the FK control"...
