Yes because you hacked it it is on CFW so everytime SONY releases a UPDATE you must do it in order to access the PSN Store so since you Hacked it you can't upgrade it in order to go to the PSN , hoped this helped.

Forget PSN on it. I don't see a point. But if you want to get on it that bad you could USB Version Fake or a similar plugin.

Just a question, Why would you want to buy games on PSN if you can already download free ones? :P Then update it and your m33-6 is gone and you can't downgrade, there, working PSN again. No free games though.

PSN is blocked by Sony on all old firmware under 6.20.

You can use PSN trough Media Go (Google it.)

If you want use PSN on PSP you must update to 6.20 but then you will lose ability to play ISO/CSO games and homebrew.

Because you have PSP 3000 there will be no way back.(You will have hack-proof PSP)

So, don't update and use Media Go.

this happens bcuz there is a psn update along with any update passed 5.00 so if you went passed it and came bak the psn doesnt go bak there for your blocked

you have to go to settings -system update-update via internet-select your broadband name

and then work your way through i m sure ull get it!!!

but it only works if u have broadband connection and internet enabled on ur psp !!!!!!

PSN can detect the CFW you have to download Gen-A CFW, Gen-A cfw makes it so ur CFW is undetectible by PSN.

Its because sony found out about people hacking into the psn store with only firmware 5.03 so they blocked 5.03m33 users and you need official firmware 5.51 to go into it, but this won't let you hack free games.
