it's not so much about your record the following year, this is a serious character-building exercise. this is pushing yourself to places you never thought you could reach. you get to know a lot about yourself at a place like this and that's stuff you'll never forget.
i'm going this year, my coach has been wanting me to go since freshman year and i finally got the $ for it, it kinda scares me : P do they do any kind of relay or obsticle courses?
get up at 6:30am go for run..depending on what group you are you will do a specific running drill (Rambo run, Buddy carries, or something like jon-o-run). Then you eat breakfast. After that there is a Tech. practice at 10 am. You drill then have a coach teach you a specific set of moves. You go back eat lunch and have like an hour to rest and chill. Then Hard practice is at 3 pm. You do hard drilling, hard wrestling and you have like 20 min of technique.
then in the end you do 15-20 min of conditioning. You go eat dinner after that and get like 1-2 hours of rest. after dinner you get a period with jRobs that he has a "mental attitude" portion of the day. He relaxes you and motivates you. You then either review what you did during the day or go weight training or a run. Around 10-10:30 you are done and you get to go back and go to bed. Kids usually get a pizza and some gatorades and just chill till u wanna sleep...then the next day begins

@crazywrestler15 its where you are worked from like 6 am till 11 pm non stop with running, hardcore drill and weight lifting. not for the weak

Heard you get like 4-5 of mat time per day. And you have like an hour long match with someone. Dam i would be tired. Anyone know if this is true?

you get about 4-5 hours of mat time a day at the intensive camps. thats hard wrestling and technique
