he's meant to be cheap and over powered he's a dbz cheracter but atleast we balenced him better then super mysterys stuff we don't go that far lol.

Umm what? Making db chars to be accurate to the anime is wrong. Look at Hyper Dimension game,Choujin and stig87 stuff. BTW about supermystery's stuff you mean the old ones?Now he makes balanced chars too with MvC style.

Hey if u think is overpowered, then open the CNS file of him and modify the attack and defence to 100. thats all! he will be quite normal. As for da A.I. tops already said that he is balanced as far as dbz chars can be..
