I love that car also.Norm Grabowski was at the Good Guys show in Nashville Tennessee last year.He had his truck parked right down from me.I think he lives in Arkansas now. Kool Video!
THIS IS THE WOLFS HEAD MOUNTED ROADSTER FROM " THE DEEP END". Driven by Johnny Westrup (Larry Penelle) a sociopathic college jock roaming the LA streets at night. A creepy little known 30 minutes of terror on a program called "Wire Service" from 1956.
take the little boy at the beginning, change the show and living room to a Disney movie in a theator and that's me!! I remember seeing the T during some Disney movie, maybe the Computer wore Tennis shoes? Can't remember, but I wanted one of those cars since then. Every 70's show that involved teens had this car and I was convinced teens drove these things. One day, I WILL have a T. I might be in a nursing home, but I'll have one!!!!!! :))) Thanks for sharing and bringing back the memories.
She under steers heavy even as a clone. @ 44 seconds. That's why the scene is clipped. Not that she isn't perfection. you'll find that Hot Rod Mag on ebay.
Nice video. I really enjoyed watching it. I am running a marketing campaign to start a large auto detailing chain corporation. Let me know what you think by checking out my channel. Thanks
When norm wasnt building cars for movies he was acting in them like the monkeys uncle von dutch is no longer living but his art lives on through franchises.
My buddys & I had the pleasure to meet Big Norm G and his wild truck and shift knobs @ a car show, still getting around and having a good time. I only wish a had my Life Mag,. to have him sign . what a good guy. Thanks Norm

This car was the crotch-rocket of the 1960's, and after all these decades, the 'bad-ass' factor is just as high, if not higher!

does anyone know if Jim "Street" still has the original car. Will he let anyone see it? Is Von Franco gonna copy the last "white" version?
greezyandy 3 years ago
Jim Street still owns the car. It is in his garage.

the whitewalls really go well with it. I love the fact that there is nothing to bump my head on when working on engine.
