tenet aku kdg2 ok kdg2 x ok... mcm bdh la operator tm... buat troubleshooting yg ulang2... aku dah kata port mslh... so tukaq la port mangkok... dah setting port pon masih x ok... asyik2 dc timeout slow kadang2 laju kadang terlebih laju kdg2 slow sgt... srh aku tukaq kabel tipon pon masih mcm tu... tukar fius ngan wayar kat belakang umah aku... semua mcm dah buat.... depa pekak ka? servis mcm bodo.... operator tm hampeh.... semua x leh harap... termasok la technician yg x reti buat keja....

TM tidak bertanggungjawab atas internal wirring, n internal connection... erti kate lain, 95% prob slow nie berpunca dri wirring korang.. 1. rewirring kalau rumah anda pernah disambar petir..

2. cuba elakkan penggunaan LAN port kat motheborad.. gune slot PCi..

4. kalo nk tau laluan anda table ke x, wat speed test... jgn kisahkan berapa bacaan nya, wat bnyk kali tok lihat kestabilan lauan DSL. ia yg menentukan margin DSL anda..

slow CONNECTION? try googling streamyx and you will notice not only slow connection is the only problem in streamyx. there are MORE than meet the eyes.

explain this to me, i complained to streamyx hotline for a week. then again, i called again, complaining that my line is unstable starting this year. the excuse given was technichal problem in the past 2 days but the problem persist for a long time already. so why LIED to the customer?

saya cuma cakap tak padan dengan perkhidmatan yang diberikan sebab memang bermasalah. even the technichian yang datang pun akui masalah wujud kat streamyx and not mine. and by the way, the comment was posted one month ago. i have less problems now even though sometimes the connection is problematic compare to others.

@cham2020 my dad is the head technical streamyx for malacaa.. n my brother was a General manager in menara TM KL.. i see a lot of difference when they talk each other about TM on table... n what i know is, the management dont know what happened in techical operaion so do the techical operation to the management.. as i see from to years ago, streamyx is the best ISP in malaysia...
