@findemaxa13 Ken Dodd's a comedian. He started in the fifties and never stopped. He's 84 now and still going...he probably didn't know the Beatles personally, but they were both extremely famous in the sixties, so it was probably a double whammy of star power for the show to be able to get them both. I don't know, will you?

At minute 9:02 the interviewer asks the boys, "How many of you have moms and dads there? (Liverpool)? To this Paul hesitates and mumbles nervously and John says, "All I have is friends." Everyone laughs thinking that they are joking, but little do they know, neither of them have living mothers. John's mom died in 1958 when she was hit by a car, and Paul's mom died in '56 due to an embolism after doctors tried to remove her breast cancer. John was also estranged from his father at this time.

Actually it turns out Ringo is an Arsenal fan although his kids are Anfield season ticket holders.

George as I have said was not a football fan at all he once said "There are three teams in Liverpool...and I prefer the other one" But his son is a Liverpool fan.

Paul McCartney is without a doubt an Everton fan, as was Pete Best who was the original drummer for the Beatles. Pete Best once stated in an interview John was defiantly and Everton fan but know one is really sure

Paul's mum died of cancer when Paul was only fourteen and John mother was killed by a drunk driver on a jewel carriage way when he was only seventeen. John's father left when he was three and I think Paul's father died. They're almost orphans. It must have been horrible but i think their mother's deaths bought them closer together.
