Under the Pat II Bill, anyone who question the criminal government is considered an enemy-of-the-state and is considered a homegrown terrorist.
That should be self-evident with law enforcement now arresting 4 year olds for selling lemonade in their front yard - Amish farmers, and organic retailers being SWAT teamed by the Feds - TSA/DHS expanding their draconian tyrannical reach into every aspect of our lives.

I was in prison, the last three months I was in there, there is a series of classes you have to attend in order to supposedly "rehabilitate you" but they are "teachers" who lie right to your face and tell you that we are a drain on society and that they are not making any money. @superkinoti taxpayers pay for private prisons. instead of a state building their own they hire another company to do that for them. While its easy to blame corporations for this it should be noted that its the government that has the sole monopoly on the justice system. even if this was a government run prison there would still be an incentive to increase the prison population to demand more revenue from the tax payers.

you know a judge over here in america made a deal with the prisons that they will give him money to send kids to prison. so a 13 year old kid steals a candy bar and the judge sends him to prison for 90 day just for stealing a candy bar. the kid ends up killing himself while he lives in a house made of money given to him by the prison for sending kids who are first time offenders to jail for up to a year...

Prisons should NEVER be operated by private industry. Prisons should ALWAYS be operated by government. That is one thing all citizens should demand. Just like the video says, there is a conflict of interest going on when private corporations operate prisons. They will always want to lock up more people all the time and lock up those people for longer amounts of time simply so they can profit. And the judges are in on it, too. They get paid under the table for sending people to these prisons.

@doogleandalix Like other Ron Pauls supportes have said " he belives he cannot tell you what to do". This belife opens the door to legalizing behavior and practices that can harm people and society. For example many would like drug use legal and say it will not harm society and help it, in reality drug use does not help people or society and in states that have made pot legal it has increased crime and grown the use of drug use across the board. Liberal ideas are helped by Ron Pauls approach.

As a physician he sees it it less harmful than alcohol/ cugarettes but the tobacco lobbyists have a lot of influence& $. Prohibition does not work - if legal, there could be regulation&revenue .I really dont believe that pot use causes harder drug use
