Have you ever seen what Jay Adams and Paul Constantineau said about Peralta? They all say he was never a real z boy and he was just in it for the money. Have you guys ever seen Lords of Dogtown? Yeah, now let's compare where Peralta is, and were Adams is. Adams just got out of jail a little bit ago, and says he has many regrets...he would've done things alot differently. Adams got caught up in a lot of drugs...he still made money. No one sold out, some were just smarter, oriented, and driven.

I went to high school with Tony Hawk:-)  Torrey Pines HS. I was class of 87. Him

86 I think. I saw him around campus sometimes. He would skate at the Del Mar Skate Ranch everyday after class.

You don't believe me?? Do a wikipedia search on Torrey Pines High School. Tony is listed as famous alum. Of course back then he wasn't that famous outside the skateboarding community. He had no empire back then. He was just a skinny kid who could get big air. He also drove a beat up Honda Civic hatchback and his surfboard was usually in the back. He would go to the beach when he wasn't going to the skate park.

Always liked the smoothness of Mountains ramp sessions, Hawk had some of the wickedest graphics, but Cabs decks were the only ones I felt comfortable riding with my goofy-foot style. Good times.

I think this team is awesome but you cant say they are the best i think the best team ever has to be the old schoolers of the Zephyr team before them everyone used to skate so stiff , they basically introduced skateboarding to the world.

Man, was many years, beers and bong hits ago but from my memory, original Bones Brigade was Lance Mountain, Mike McGill, Steve Caballero, Tommy Guerrero and Tony Hawk. Also had Rodney Mullen but he was a freestyle skater with those funky skinny boards. Man, I remember watching Future Primitive and The Search For Animal Chin on VHS like 4 times a day, back in Jr High. Also remember wearing my "HAVE YOU SEEN HIM" t-shirts and BONES jacket till they were almost transparent. Great times!
