Corporation Vs LLC (2 of 2)

I am looking to start a small 15 passenger van transportation company. Should i go the route of making it a LLC or a corporation?

Though this is not to be considered legal advice I can give you my opinion. I would set up an LLC because of its superior asset protection benefits. Moreover, an LLC has greater tax flexibility. It can be taxes as a sole proprietorship, partnership, C corporation or S corporation. A corporation is generally only an S or a C. Plus an LLC generally doesn't have the requirements for annual meetings. This is my opinion. Get advice from an attorney and accountant before taking action.
