Not to sound tribalistic, what "tribe" in Southern Sudan does Kir belong to? From his physical features, one can decipher close resemblance to the Luos of Kenya, Uganda and TZ. Someone kindly enlighten me. Sorry for "ethnicizing" this otherwise wonderful commencement ceremony!!

There is no relationship, these are two different tribes with two different languages and cultures. The only thing Luo's and Dinka's have in common is that they are both nilotes.
