I think you need to use double tap because if you have heavy weapos only then, the bullets will fire very slow, and that takes time to kill them. But if you are on lvl 10 or 15 it doesnt matter, then they're not so strong anyway.

good strategy man but in solo after the 5th round it gets really hard...and the powerful weapons are in the mystery box but you have to be really lucky to get the thundergun and the ray gun....anyway..i suggest to you guys to have the M14 for the 5 first rounds and try headshots...because its really powerful weapon in the first zombies...anyway i try thhis strategy dude and i hope it helps coz my record in solo is 3 rounds o.O

I'm not a noob I got to Round 30 SOLO but then I got bored so ran into the hoard of Zombies chasing me however I reached round 30 with the following:

Perks: Quick Revive, Juggernog and Speed A Cola. Double Tap Beer is up to you

Weapons: Primary: Ray Gun, Secondary: Thunder Gun both weapons must be Pack-a-Punched leaving you with the Porter's X2 Ray Gun and the Zeus Canon and Specials: Monkey Bombs. Once you have these and follow the video above you got yourself a guaranteed 27 round.

my strat:

1 mp40

2 juggernog/power

3 m16 or ak-74 and pack a punch it rigt away. (m16 full auto with nuketubes)

4 hit the box for: thundergun/ray gun/hk21/rpk/galil/commando

5 upgrade it. Extra tips:

-in co-op you can reveive your teammate by shooting with a upgraded balistic knife

-if you shoot a explosive tip of an upgraded crossbow the zombies will go after it just like monkey bombs.

i can see that your game is set in "easy mode or normal mode". I play it in the hardest difficulty level where you could easily die with only 2 to 3 punches of a zombie, so you really have to be very careful.
