Wow, this sucks. No harshness, but RPG maker is not the way to go for Zelda game making. Try Zelda Classic, it is alot easier to use and already has basic Z1, and Zelda 3 / any other 2-D game functions.

If you call zelda a RPG, then this game is a rpg. I recreated the entire zelda battle system in my game. I'm not using rpg tactics. But RPG maker is for noob. I'm now coding in game maker.

Hmm the last few posts seem to be quiet nagative, regardless. I am amused that you manage to achive that much with events. I would recommend you to try to get RPG maker XP if you wish to contiune with this line of game making. I am not too knowleageable of the newer rpg maker, but I know that with the XP version, if you can manage with scripts you'll manage to make it a bit more realistic in terms of a game flow. I would recommend Blizzard's ABS system if you decide to switch. Well done btw.
