There are no books on congolese guitar playing. I've never seen any. In Congo, people learn mainly from each other. If you don't have anyone to practice with, just listen to your favourite song, on CD and try to play along. If you do this long enough, with different songs, eventually you'll get that "feeling" in your pick hand. That's what I've been doing, and it's really paying back!
