it's easy, it's not just about Vocals, thats like saying just because you like Suicide Silence, you're bound to like Mathcore Bands like War From a Harlots mouth, or The #12 Looks like you. Mathcore has constant Riff changes and is intense as fuck, including shit like Jazz in it. Which completely changes someones view, regardless of Vox. Same with Grindcore, i know people who like Deathcore/Hardcore, but don't like Grindcore due its sometimes "Trying to be the most brutal thing ever" trait.
