fxchamp is right. Color Me Badd came out during a period of time when ACTUAL SINGING ABILITY was the most important thing for R&B acts so they had to sound good live. Nowadays, singing ability is secondary to dancing, a catchy hook and sexual activity in the video!!

I used to tape musical acts off the Arsenio Hall Show, this was one of them I taped from mid or late 1991. There was no lip synching on Arsenio!!
