It's the UK , Friday night 1April 2011 ....6 D.Js playin this stuff . Booker , Cameo , Gwen disco and Jazz-funk !! Etc .What about "Crown Height's Affair" ? All that and more
These guys were from theGreat State Of Georgia, mostly Atlanta.Guitarist Max Spalding from McRae,lead vocalist Carey Hubbard, and Co-Producer the late Michael Burnette from Macon,Georgia.
@marvs67kj This bring back fond memories of me taping music videos from my parents JVC television (PAL Secam) onto video cassettes, as a young innocent child in the mid 80's. I can still picture the video to this song in my mind. My oh my!!!!!! And my uncle spun the hell out of this track on his turntable.
Classic!!!!

Ever since I met you, my whole world is upside down....
Automatic syncopation, were two together one of a kind...
Just don't make em like they used too,
I am so proud and privileged to be part of a pioneering period in musical modern history...
Classic track ;)

Men! one might be forgiven into thinking that this tune & "I found loving" by Fatback Band came from the same "music ancestor".

I seem to recall this being mixed up with the Fatback Band "I Found Lovin" back in the day - anybody got it?

Can you kindly educate me as to why you think it is an insult?
magnnum01 2 years ago
Pull your neck in mate, hardly an insult as there was a boat load of RnB talent from the UK in the 80's.
