I have a question about the cadence. How free is the movement really? It seems to be one for one, one breath one movement. Wing Chun should be like a walk down a familiar street. One step one breath is not efficient. Internal practice involves flowing in and out charge and release, not hoarding. I am wonderring is there an something I am missing that brings this into balance?
man this guy lives in a damn fantasy world no instructor or master even practices on shit like this! ludicrous all that stretching is bull shit to it's good to be flexible but moving around like that is absolutely fucking laughable he's a fucking joke then to try to teach mma damn go fight fedor and see what's up nigglet
For fighters, this 20 arm dummy builds up their endurance and conditions their bones to take abuse. For someone who has never done martial arts or is not very athletic this drill gives them coordination which is very important to some individuals. Most fighters have been gifted with a good amount of coordination. This drill has alot of uses.
If you went to a real school then you should know what is good wing chun, you should know what works also, but anyway, a lesson with Calasanz would help you a lot.
I've travelled all over Asia, learning and working with various styles of Martial Arts.
EVERYWHERE I've gone, including FairTek in Thailand, the comment regarding my training have been extremely positive.
So, for those who down Calasanz system? My experience is that your comments are sophistic, superficial and just plain uninformed.
