Why on earth would you want to bluetooth text messages from your phone to your PC? Bluetooth is meant as a PAN, personal area network, to connect devices within a range of 10 metres. That's exactly what it's designed for, typical applications are connecting headsets and sending files/images. This kind of usage is supported by most operating systems, unless your phone has an option to send messages as a file over a bluetooth link, I don't think you can bluetooth them.
