That's me! Strange find. Actually, standard for the Vespa GTS 250. The rpm limiter kicks in at 142km/h (dial is over stated). I regularly do the Toronto to Waterloo run... yes, even in the winter.

lol seeing its a 250 its normal i get up to about 90 on a stock 50cc peugeot rcx mopped/scooter just switched my pipe from 70to90 becuase of it

i did 80 km/h on highway 99 with a pasenger going from vancouver to white rock....my back hurts like hell....lol

Thats probably a 125 or 250 vespa can do about 125 kmh someof the scooters/mopeds that are tuned 50cc-80cc that can do upto 130-180kmh

i have a 180cc scooter and i do about 140km/h on higway......you have to know that if u do 100km/h on car is like 110km/h on a motorcycle!!
any way i only go over a 100km/h if i have to..

Speed limit is 100km/h, but most people drive 130-140. Cops usually leave you alone unless you're over 140
