Studies have shown that the correct nutrients will cause faster rooting. Dont take my word for it. Also it is imparative that you seal the end of the cutting to prevent air from blocking the internal system of the plant. This is well known and not rocket science if you can read. I did not make any of this up.

You may use any depth tub or bucket. This one is about 6 inches. I also use a 5 gallon bucket.

try building one with the nutrients in a seperate tank so the roots dont dangle into the solution
