  • Your bicep goes from your scapula and coracoid process all the way across the elbow into the radius. You said it only sometimes goes across the elbow. Tendons connect the muscle to bone not ligaments.

  • Yeah OK ligaments connect bone to bone and are found in the joints and sometimes are enclosing muscle. Tendons connect muscle to bone.

    I also just wanted to show the gap in the muscle body.
